Many athletes and coaches talk about winning in the singular: winning a championship, winning an event, or winning a game. 

When we look at what it takes to win at higher levels of sport, we can better understand that there is no such thing as one-dimensional success. 

Instead, to be successful, you need to have many things going for you: skill, speed, size, strength, endurance, mental toughness and more.
