SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Powerampsports.com uses New Zealand Post (www.nzpost.co.nz). For our international delivery (outside New Zealand), Powerampsports.com uses “International Air” provided by New Zealand Post. According to NZ Post website, “International Air” service will take 3-10 working days. However, New Zealand Post has advised that these are target delivery dates and does everything within it power to achieve them.

Powerampsports.com believes that it could from between 10-25 working days for the delivery of international parcels and 5-10 for domestic (New Zealand) deliveries.

Powerampsports.com takes no responsibility for goods not reaching the destination, identified by the customer due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or where the customer failed to update their most recent address information. NO REFUNDs will be provided for goods that do not arrive at their destination.

“International Air” postal service DOES NOT HAVE TRACKING CAPABILITY
