If an order or if an item is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with within 30 days from the date of dispatch of goods. Email details of your claim to The faulty goods can then be returned. The following options will be made available:

Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.

Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited.)

Returns are not accepted due to change of mind, so please choose carefully.

When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. will not be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items after delivery unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.

Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledge they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery.

The buyer has sole responsibility and accepts the full risk of any items or package (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reason, and acknowledges and agrees that they will not hold liable for such packages, for whatever reason, being unable to be delivered to their destination. As such, no refund will be given as a result of above.


If a customer was unsatisfied with the product will refund the money. However, will refund 100% if only 1 in quantity was purchased of a product.

If more than 1 in quantity of a product was purchased, then will refund 100% for the first used product and will refund the rest after the customer dispatches the unused products back to Cost of delivery for the return of products will be the responsibility of the customer.
