Direction to use
Take 1 VegeCap daily of the POWERAMP Tumeric Recovery Capsule. It is best taken with food or as directed by your sports nutritionist or healthcare professional.
Take 1 capsule daily of the POWERAMP Sports Magnesium Capsule. It can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach. To promote restful sleep, take before bed or as directed by your sports nutritionist or healthcare professional.
Add 20 grams (2 level scoops) of POWERAMP Rapid Hydration to 500ml of cold water. (Shake for at least 30 seconds).
Add 23g - 2 level scoops of the POWERAMP Post Workout Recovery Drink to 500ml of cold water. Shake well.
Take 1 softgel capsule of the POWERAMP Everyday Fish Oil daily. It is best taken with food or as directed by your sports nutritionist or healthcare professional.
